Hi Pui, Depending on your role, you could either develop a vision for your innovation team — for example if your innovation team is supporting other divisions in the company develop new products, then your customer segment might be internal to your company and you’re describing what their problem is and how you’re creating a better world for them. Or your vision could be for a specific product that you are developing. In that case you’re describing the group of users for whom you’re creating a better world, and what this end state looks like. In either case, you can use the Vision Worksheet in the Radical Product toolkit to craft a vision statement.
