Great insight, Martha. Thanks for sharing — I couldn’t agree more. I recently used the Radical Product framework in creating a strategic plan for a non-profit. Often the mission statements are very broad in non-profits and using the Radical Vision template it made it more actionable for the team. I’ve also used the 2x2 Prioritization rubric of vision fit vs. sustainability (below) so they prioritize opportunities on an ongoing basis. It also provided a common terminology in communicating priorities to the board and the team. I look forward to hearing more insights and feedback as you use the toolkit.
